Mini Salted Caramel Brandy Pudding Trifles

LAYERS from bottom up

- Pannacotta

- Kytons Aged Brandy Pudding

- Vanilla Custard

- Thickened cream


METHOD

  1. Prepare the Pannacotta as per packet, and add a dollop of Brandy Salted Caramel Sauce. Refrigerate in the bottom of the dishes until firm

  2. Add Pieces of the Aged Brandy Pudding on top of the pannacotta and ensure they are pressed up against the side of the glass

  3. prepare the custard, cool slightly and add a dollop of Brandy Salted Caramel Sauce. Add on top of the pudding and let set.

  4. Drizzle some more brandy salted caramel sauce on top of the custard

  5. Whip the thickened cream, add to the top of the trifle, top with more sauce & pudding pieces.
