Espresso Martini Caramel Tiramisu

Not the traditional method but still delish. You know me, I love an easy and quick recipe

Ingredients

-2 Cups black coffee, cooled

-300g thickened cream

-350g Mascarpone

-1/2 Icing Sugar

-1 Packet lady fingers (sponge fingers)


Method

  1. Whip the cream until stuff peaks, add mascarpone and icing and whip again until all incorporated

  2. Dip each lady finger into the cooled coffee quickly then arrange at the bottom of the dish, packed tightly.

  3. Spread over the 1/3 of the cream mixture then drizzle some Salted Caramel Sauce on top.

  4. Repeat 2 more times finishing with the cream mixture on top.

  5. Drizzle some more Salted Caramel Sauce on top and swirl through with a spatula or butter knife

  6. Wack her in the fridge for a coupla hours before serving.
