HOT TIPS

🔥 Be patient and let the jelly set fully in the fridge

🔥 If doing the second jelly layer, make sure the custard has covered ALL of the cakes, and set the custard in the fridge for a few hours to create a film on the custard so the (cooled) jelly sits on top and doesn't drain into the cakes below

🔥 Push the strawbs and cakes right up to the glass or they will drown in the custard (like mine 🥲)
