White Choc Salted Caramel Cookie Slice

Ingredients

-125g softened butter

-1 cup brown sugar

-1/2 cup caster sugar

-2 eggs

-Vanilla

-2 1/2 cups plain flour

-1 packet white (or caramilk) choc chips


Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180° & line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. In a mixer, beat butter, brown sugar & caster sugar until creamy

  3. Add 2 eggs & vanilla, beat til combined

  4. Fold in the plain flour and the mixture should come together to make a cookie dough, then add in the white choc (or caramilk) chips

  5. Spread half of the dough in the base of the lined tin then spread over the White Gold Salted Caramel Sauce.

  6. Scatter the rest of the dough on top in chunks, and add more sauce

  7. Bake for approx 25 mins at 180° or until golden brown to your liking.

Let cool and cut into slices. This is best served 20 seconds in the microwave with extra sauce drizzled on top. You can absolutely change up the flavours here with any salted caramel sauce flavour and any type of chocolate chips.
