Mini Salted Caramel Gingerbread Trifles

LAYERS from bottom up

- Pannacotta

- Ginger kisses

- Crushed gingerbread biscuits

- Vanilla dessert mix

- Thickened cream

- Gingerbread man biscuits


METHOD

  1. Prepare the Pannacotta as per packet, and add a dollop of Spiced Salted Caramel Sauce. Refrigerate in the bottom of the dishes until firm

  2. Add ginger kisses on top of the pannacotta and arrange so they are pressed up against the side of the dish

  3. add some crushed ginger biscuits ontop

  4. prepare the Vanilla Dessert Mix as per packet, and add a dollop of Spiced Salted Caramel Sauce. Add on top of the crushed biscuits

  5. Whip the thickened cream, add to the top of the trifle, slip in the gingerbread man, and top with drizzled Spiced Salted Caramel Sauce, & crushed ginger biscuits
