Salted Caramel Biscoff Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients
-60g butter melted
-250g cream cheese
-60g butter
-300g icing sugar
-2 big spoons of Biscoff spread
-Limited Edition BISCOFF Salted Caramel Sauce

Method
Crush biscoff biscuits in a food processer and mix in melted butter. Press into bottom of an 8" tin. Refrigerate for half hour
Whisk cream cheese & butter til fluffy
add the icing sugar and whisk until incorporated
Halve cream cheese mixture and mix in biscoff spread & caramel to one half
Spread the biscoff half over cold biscoff base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Spread over remaining cream cheese mixture, drizzle caramel over and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate.
Drool a little, then serve straight out of the fridge.
