Salted Caramel Biscoff Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients

-60g butter melted

-250g cream cheese

-60g butter

-300g icing sugar

-2 big spoons of Biscoff spread

-Limited Edition BISCOFF Salted Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Crush biscoff biscuits in a food processer and mix in melted butter. Press into bottom of an 8" tin. Refrigerate for half hour

  2. Whisk cream cheese & butter til fluffy

  3. add the icing sugar and whisk until incorporated

  4. Halve cream cheese mixture and mix in biscoff spread & caramel to one half

  5. Spread the biscoff half over cold biscoff base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes

  6. Spread over remaining cream cheese mixture, drizzle caramel over and swirl with a knife. Refrigerate.

  7. Drool a little, then serve straight out of the fridge.
