Salted Caramel Brioche Donut Bombs

Ingredients

-Mini brioche slider buns

-1/2 cup caster sugar

-Ground cinnamon

-1/2 cup melted butter


-Food syringes can be purchased HERE with a discount using the code BELLE10 at checkout

-Air Fryer


Method


  1. Warm up your air fryer

  2. Mix the caster sugar & cinnamon together in a bowl

  3. Inserting the caramel into the buns using the syringe

  4. Coat each filled bun in melted butter and add to the air fryer

  5. Air fry for 2-3 minutes until warmed through

  6. Toss in cinnamon & sugar mix

  7. Best served straight out of the air fryer

You can do this an any order really, if you prefer to insert the caramel AFTER the buns have been warmed up, sugared and placed back in the tray
