Giant Salted Caramel Stuffed Choc Cookies

Ingredients
-230g cubed butter
-200g Brown sugar
-100g castor sugar
-2 eggs
-360g plain flour
-30g cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon bicarb
-1 tablespoon cornflour
-Big pinch of salt flakes
-1 packet choc chips
Method
In a mixer, cream the butter, brown sugar & caster sugar together until creamy
add the eggs and beat again until smooth & pale
mix in the plain flour, cocoa powder, bicarb soda, cornflour & salt to form a dough
mix in the choc chips
Refrigerate dough covered in cling wrap for at least an hour.
After the dough has been chilled, mould into little cups and scoop *COLD* Salted Caramel Sauce into them. Add more dough to the top to seal the sauce inside and roll into a ball.
Place on baking paper at least 10cm apart.
Bake for 20 mins at 180°
Best served warm
