BRANDY Salted Caramel Sauce

With a kick of Brandy that packs a punch, this one is a real crowd pleaser when Christmas day desert comes out, a perfect compliment to your home made (or sneaky store bought) Christmas pudding.
 
Drizzle over ice-cream & deserts, swirl through brownies or tarts, use as a dipping sauce for fruit, add to milkshakes & hot drinks, on toast, or just eat with a spoon! Whatever you do with it, there's no judgement here.
