To be extremely awesome or god like. The highest standard out there. 
1. (verb) Damn girl, this buttercream is bomb-ass!
2. (noun) Damn girl, that's some bomb-ass buttercream! 
 
Not gonna lie.. I get SO many compliments on my buttercream! But I'm not claiming anything new.. 
YES It IS American Buttercream (ABC) – simply butter & icing sugar.. simple right?
 
Look, there are PLENTY of ABC recipes out there, But it’s the process in which it's made that makes ALL the difference... which is why this is a tutorial, NOT a 'recipe'
 
I've spent a lot of time perfecting this method and it’s finally foolproof - I'm whipping up at least 10 batches of this buttercream a week. In my business efficiency is key, and there's no time for troubleshooting. I have spent some time dabbling with Swiss Meringue buttercream (SMBC) but still always fall back to my BABC.. Why?? It's reliable, it's quick, it's safe, it's stable & it's utterly delish. Of course, there is always a place and time for SMBC, and some design techniques can only be achieved by true SMBC, so when I have to.. I will.. But ANY other time? its BABC for me :)
